Noah DAO is designed to launch on **Arc Network**, a purpose-built EVM-compatible Layer-1 focused on stablecoin-native financial applications.

Arc currently supports Solidity and standard Ethereum development tooling, while its architecture is designed around deterministic sub-second finality and USDC-denominated gas.

These characteristics make Arc an attractive environment for applications that require:

* Fast transaction confirmation
* Predictable transaction costs
* EVM compatibility
* Stablecoin-native infrastructure
* DeFi applications
* Gaming interactions
* On-chain financial activity

Arc's public mainnet is scheduled to launch on **September 16, 2026**, following its public-testnet and private-mainnet phases.

Noah DAO will independently deploy its own smart contracts and ecosystem applications on Arc.

**Noah DAO is not affiliated with Circle or the Arc Network unless an official partnership is separately announced.**
